Prime Pool Service SMS/MMS Program Terms & Conditions
1. Program Overview
When consent has been given to receive text messages from Prime Pool Service and you opt in, you agree to receive SMS/MMS text messages on your mobile device. These messages may include follow-up messages and updates related to quotes, estimates, or service inquiries, real-time communication about services and pricing, appointment scheduling and reminders, billing inquiries, and confirmations, feedback requests, project updates, and follow-ups. An example of a message may be: “Hello, this is a reminder of your upcoming appointment with Prime Pool Service at [Your Location] on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to unsubscribe of SMS messaging at any time.” Please see Section 8 below for our business’s contact information and reply “HELP” for help for assistance.

You will receive appointment reminders and service updates via SMS.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status and up to 4 status update messages on the day of an appointment.
4. Opt-in and Opt-Out Instructions
Opt-in to receive SMS messages from Prime Pool Service can be done in the following ways: verbally, during a conversation, by submitting an online form, or by filling out a paper form. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time.
Text “STOP” to unsubscribe. If you wish to re-enroll, simply sign up again or text “START” to opt back in. Alternatively, direct contact can be made to request removal from the messaging list.

6. Service Interruption
Please note that mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T and Verizon, are not responsible for any delayed or undelivered messages.

These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours. 12. Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Prime Pool Service will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers
